Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our fast-paced retail and community pharmacy team in the North Las Vegas area. You will dispense medications, provide patient consultations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an active Pharmacist license, has strong communication skills, and experience in community or retail pharmacy. This role offers full-time hours and a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medication dispensing, and patient counseling.
• Experience in community, retail, or specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to accurately interpret prescriptions and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Dispense prescription medications, unit doses, and related supplies in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Accurately prepare, package, and process prescription orders.
• Ensure patient education materials and collateral accompany medication orders.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, storing, and replenishing medications.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, including refrigeration where required.
• Monitor, maintain, and calibrate pharmacy equipment as needed.
• Fill and manage dispensing units and medication inventory.
• Review, verify, and enter prescription information into pharmacy systems.
