Humana, Inc. is seeking a Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 based in Ohio to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication.
The role involves interpreting medication needs, making independent determinations, and collaborating with the Pharmacist‑In‑Charge and Professional Practice team to comply with applicable laws. The position requires a Pharmacy degree, active California and Ohio licenses with no disciplinary actions, and at least three years in high‑volume retail or mail order
The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. Assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of appropriate courses of action. The pharmacist will work directly with the Pharmacist‑In‑Charge and the Professional Practice team to ensure compliance with California laws and regulations and provide oversight for pharmacy services provided to California patients.
In‑office/facility (not eligible for work from home).
Must reside and work in Ohio.
Mon‑Sat: 8 am–8 pm EST Monday‑Friday and 8 am–4 :30 pm EST Saturday.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 – $143,000 per year.
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
