Job summary

Prolific Academic Ltd is seeking licensed pharmacists to help train and evaluate AI models. As AI becomes integral to healthcare, your pharmacology expertise will guide model responses.

If successful, you'll join Prolific as a Domain Expert and be paid to train and evaluate AI models. You’ll review AI-generated pharmaceutical scenarios, assess accuracy and safety, and contribute improved exemplars and rationales.

Qualifications

• Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and a PayPal account to receive payments.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (self-employed).
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join Domain Expert pool.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating AI-generated pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Comparing model answers and selecting the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Creating improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.
