Qualifications

• Verified status: current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
• Clinical expertise in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy with drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Precision: strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Independence: willingness to self-declare earnings and work as self-employed.
• Assessment: willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating AI-generated pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Comparative analysis of model answers, selecting and justifying the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Content creation: writing improved exemplars and rationales to guide AI models.
