Job summary

Prolific is seeking Licensed Pharmacists to help train and evaluate AI models. As AI expands in healthcare, pharmacists provide critical clinical governance for drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.

Successful candidates will complete a brief skills assessment and join as Domain Experts, paid per task. You’ll work remotely with flexible hours, using your license (e.g., PharmD or RPh) and recent retail, clinical, or hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Current license (e.g., PharmD, RPh) in good standing and board certification where applicable.
• Recent retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet, computer, and PayPal account to receive payments.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating AI-generated pharmaceutical responses for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Comparing model answers and justifying the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Creating improved exemplars, rationales, or feedback to guide model learning.
