Job summary

Prolific is seeking Licensed Pharmacists to train and evaluate AI models. You will review AI-generated pharmaceutical scenarios, rate accuracy and safety, and justify the best responses based on pharmacy standards.

Successful candidates become Domain Experts and are paid to train AI models. Tasks may require one hour of focused work; compensation is up to $120 USD per hour, with flexibility and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Current license/registration as Pharmacist (e.g., PharmD, RPh) and board certification where applicable.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail for complex medical data, up to one hour per task.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer; PayPal account to receive payments.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed contributor.
• Completion of a short skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers and justify best responses based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning in medication counseling.
