Natran Green Pest Control is seeking a licensed Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers in Austin. This full-time role demands experienced technicians committed to quality workmanship and safety, providing pest control in line with regulations.

Responsibilities include managing daily routes, following safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers competitive pay, with hourly rates between $19 - $22 and additional incentives. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications within designated timeframes.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass OSHA respirator fit testing.
• Comfort using mobile technology and Google-based tools.
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays and holiday on‑call schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily route services appropriate to licensing and training level.
• Follow all Natran service standards, protocols, and safety procedures.
• Apply products strictly according to label directions and company guidelines.
• Use FieldRoutes mobile applications to manage route activity.
• Prepare accurate service documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and inventory processes.
