Job summary
Innovative Pest Solutions is hiring a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses throughout Orange County, CA. You’ll tackle inspections, safe removal, and heat treatments with a customer-focused approach.
Requires valid California Branch 2 license, IPM knowledge, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $85,000+ per year plus bonuses; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid California Branch 2 license required.
- Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices.
- Must have a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments.
- Flexibility to service locations across Orange County, CA.
Responsibilities
- Inspect homes and businesses for pests and perform safe removal and heat treatment.
- Follow regulations and company policies while addressing bed bugs and other pests.
- Detail service reports and maintain equipment and vehicle.
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Serve clients respectfully and ensure client satisfaction.
