Innovative Pest Solutions is hiring a Licensed Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses throughout Riverside County, CA. The role offers a base salary with performance bonuses and a route that emphasizes safe, effective heat treatments and IPM-based pest control.

Qualifications

• Valid California Branch 2 license required.
• Current CA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined/heated environments.
• Willing to service locations across Riverside County, CA.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses for signs of pests and perform safe removal and heat treatments.
• Follow all regulations and company policies during treatments.
• Detail service reports accurately after each visit.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Provide respectful customer service to clients.

We're hiring a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to help protect homes and businesses throughout Riverside County, CA. You'll enjoy variety in your workdays and perform fulfilling hands-on work that positively impacts every client!

Licensed Pest Control Technician Compensation:

• Pay: We're offering a salary of $50,000 - $85,000+ per year (base pay & performance/production bonuses).
• Schedule: You'll work flexible hours during the day shift. We cover locations throughout SoCal.

What You'll Tackle:

• Inspecting homes and businesses for signs of pests before performing safe and compliant removal and heat treatment services
• Following all regulations and company policies as you remove bed bugs, structural pests, and more
• Detailing your work in accurate service reports
• Keeping your work truck and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Treating every client and property respectfully

You'll Need:

• Valid California Branch 2 license

• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments
• Ability to serve locations throughout Riverside County, CA

Bonus Qualifications:
