Responsibilities

We're hiring a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to help protect homes and businesses throughout Orange County, CA. You'll enjoy variety in your workdays and perform fulfilling hands-on work that positively impacts every client!

Licensed Pest Control Technician Compensation:

• Pay: We're offering a salary of $50,000 – $85,000+ per year (base pay & performance/production bonuses).
• Schedule: You'll work flexible hours during the day shift. We cover locations throughout Orange County, CA.

What You'll Tackle:

• Inspecting homes and businesses for signs of pests before performing safe and compliant removal and heat treatment services
• Following all regulations and company policies as you remove bed bugs, structural pests, and more
• Detailing your work in accurate service reports
• Keeping your work truck and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Treating every client and property respectfully

You’ll Need:

• Valid California Branch 2 license
• Current CA driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments
• Ability to serve locations throughout Orange County, CA
• Professional appearance and customer service-focused attitude
• Branch 2 – Preferred
• Branch 3 – Desirable

Bonus Qualifications:

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
• Commercial pest control experience
• Heat treatment experience
