Kellon Insurance Agency in Bartlett, TN is seeking a goal-oriented, self-motivated Full-Time Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with us. You will interact with clients to determine insurance needs, prepare quotes, and help them choose policies that best fit their situation.

We are a close-knit office with a team approach, offering a base salary plus a monthly bonus for new business, 8:30 to 4:30, Mon-Fri, with PTO and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of independent insurance experience managing personal lines.
• Active Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management system.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers.
• Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages.
• Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
• Ethical conduct at all times.
