This 140-year-old independent agency serves the Hudson Valley and offers a supportive, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will manage personal lines accounts, use Applied Epic, and ensure compliance with NY P&C regulations while growing client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of personal lines account servicing.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic software for client data and reporting.
• NY Property & Casualty license or in the process of earning.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive improvements.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts (home, auto, etc.).
• Use Applied Epic to track activities and generate reports.
• Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with NY P&C regulations.
• Collaborate with the team on growth and retention strategies.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
