Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with insurance-related questions.
• Process policy change requests, endorsements, and updates with accuracy.
• Assist with underwriting, policy rewrites, re-quotes, reinstatements, and cancellations.
• Manage policy renewals and review billing accounts with insureds.
• Obtain necessary underwriting information, signatures, and supporting documentation.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Prepare and provide proof of insurance documents, including binders, certificates, ID cards, and declarations pages.
• Document all customer interactions in compliance with agency procedures.
• Support general administrative duties, departmental projects, and office operations.
