Laureate Insurance Partners, part of The Baldwin Group, is seeking a Personal Lines Advisor in Lake Nona, FL. You will sell home, auto, and umbrella lines, renew existing accounts, and build lasting relationships within the community.

You will travel locally to meet clients, advise on coverage options, and drive monthly new business together with the firm’s growth goals, with competitive base salary and bonus opportunities.

Formación

• Active 2-20 license required.
• 3+ years personal lines sales experience.
• Ability to self-generate leads and tap into referral networks.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learning of new software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and build trust.
• Detail-oriented with high service standards.

Responsabilidades
