Qualifications

• Active US PE license is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and complex power systems.
• Strong experience in power distribution, protection, automation and control.
• Knowledge of backup generation, large-scale UPS, BMS, SCADA, lighting and grounding systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards and energy-efficiency requirements.
• Experience reviewing designs and solving complex engineering problems.
• Ability to lead discussions, coordinate stakeholders and mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical leadership across power distribution, protection, automation and control systems.
• Serve as SME in electrical engineering disciplines.
• Review designs, drawings, specs and technical documentation.
• Resolve complex engineering and system design challenges.
• Support backup generation, UPS, lighting, grounding and energy-efficient systems.
• Apply electrical codes and industry standards.
• Develop detailed specs, control diagrams and sequences of operation.
• Support testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site visits to assess infrastructure and issues.
• Perform value engineering to improve cost efficiency and performance.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen team capabilities.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support systems involving BMS, SCADA and power protection.
