The ideal candidate will lead land development projects, applying regulatory design criteria and managing project teams. This position offers the chance to work on community-shaping developments. The role involves planning and coordinating financial and technical aspects, preparing civil construction plans, and conducting feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of engineering experience related to land development projects.
• Registered and active P.E. or ability to obtain P.E. license.
• Strong management skills and ability to train E.I.T.s.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support land development projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical aspects of projects.
• Prepare hydrology and stormwater management reports.
