The Elder Agency is seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team for evening and weekend hours. You must hold an active P&C license and enjoy closing sales while working leads.

This role offers flexibility and the chance to earn additional income outside standard business hours. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable handling a variety of P&C products, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella coverage.

Qualifications

• Active P&C insurance license (General Lines) required.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other P&C products.
• Work leads and follow up with prospects.
• Identify bundling and cross-sell opportunities.
• Help customers find the right coverage - not just the cheapest price.
• Close business during evenings and weekends when many customers are actually available to talk.
