Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to analyze members' insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform retention calls, process applications and renewals.
• Sell membership and financial products.
• Provide customer assistance through sales processing activities.
• Participate in team events for customer satisfaction.
• Resolve member complaints and assist management.
