Job summary

Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group in the The Woodlands – Spring TX area seeks a licensed P&C Agent for full-time insurance sales. You will quote Auto/Home/Umbrella products, cross-sell to existing customers, and grow new business from leads. A base salary plus commission is offered, with emphasis on customer service and relationship building.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a small office setting; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and basic tech fluency.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Allstate at Planet Ford is looking for a full time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with selling and quoting and must have an excellent phone voice and demeanor with excellent communication and written skills along with a positive attitude and healthy work ethic. We offer a base salary plus commission.

Duties May Typically Include

• Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
• Generating quotes
• Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
• Processing payments & reporting claims
• Providing excellent customer service
• Relationship building

Requirements

Licensed P&C Agent

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills

Computer literate

Confident, self-starter who works well independently

Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
