Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group in the The Woodlands – Spring TX area seeks a licensed P&C Agent for full-time insurance sales. You will quote Auto/Home/Umbrella products, cross-sell to existing customers, and grow new business from leads. A base salary plus commission is offered, with emphasis on customer service and relationship building.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a small office setting; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Allstate at Planet Ford is looking for a full‑time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella. Candidates must be self‑motivated, efficient with selling and quoting, and have an excellent phone voice and demeanor, along with excellent communication and written skills, a positive attitude, and a healthy work ethic. We offer a base salary plus commission.

Duties May Typically Include

• Cross‑selling existing customers with other Allstate products
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
• Generating quotes
• Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
• Processing payments & reporting claims
• Providing excellent customer service
• Relationship building
• Other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• Licensed P&C Agent
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Confident, self‑starter who works well independently
• Ability to multi‑task

• Bi‑lingual in Spanish is a plus
