Gusto seeks a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker to join a pivotal pilot, shaping its business insurance channel with NEXT Insurance as partner. You will quote and issue policies, and provide direct support to small business customers with complex needs.

This role supports the development of our AI Insurance Advisor through human-in-the-loop workflows and is a full-time opportunity across the U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed P&C broker in the U.S. is required.
• Experience quoting and issuing business insurance policies.
• Strong knowledge of small business insurance and risk coverage.

Responsibilities

• Quote and issue business insurance policies with NEXT Insurance carrier partner.
• Provide direct support to small business customers with complex insurance needs.
• Contribute to training and optimization of an AI Insurance Advisor within a human-in-the-loop workflow.
