Job summary

Gusto seeks a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker to quote and issue business policies with NEXT Insurance, supporting our AI Insurance Advisor project. You will drive outbound sales, manage client relationships, and help accelerate revenue in a hybrid, multi-city environment.

You will combine traditional brokerage skills with AI-powered workflows to improve customer outcomes while staying compliant with underwriting guidelines and CRM processes.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license is required.
• 4+ years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage with knowledge of commercial P&C products.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound dials to assess complex P&C insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Quote and issue P&C policies, primarily with NEXT Insurance, in offline channel.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly sales activity targets.
• Provide human-in-the-loop support to optimize the AI Insurance Advisor.
• Manage renewals, changes, and endorsements for existing policies.
