Position Overview

We are hiring Already Licensed P&C Insurance Agency Partners to manage the entire client journey—from initial conversation to policy placement.

This is a performance-driven, remote sales role that is ideal for individuals who:

What We’re Looking For

• Must currently reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment:
  OR, WA, ID, CO, AZ, UT, TX, MN, IN, IL, TN, KY, NH, MA, RI, PA, NJ, VA, MD, GA, NC, or SC.
• Someone who actively maintains a current Property & Casualty Insurance License
• At least 1 year of experience working in P&C
• Strong communication and closing ability
• Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely
• Coachable with a growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Earnings

• 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)
• High earning potential based on production and consistency
• Typical earnings in the first 36 months: $80,000 – $200,000+ annually
