Job summary

Blue Kite Wellness in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist (IM-CANS Certified) to provide client-centered, trauma-informed therapy across individuals, couples, families, and groups. The role emphasizes treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration within a supportive team.

Flexible scheduling within an 8:00 AM–8:00 PM window, hybrid work arrangement, and pay at $55–$65 per hour with orientation pay of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• IM-CANS Certified (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Experience working with clients in a therapy setting.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn TherapyAppointment and EHR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive clinical practices.
• Enthusiasm to grow professionally within a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards, including through the use of TherapyAppointment and EHR systems.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to promote professional development.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
