Job summary

LynLake Centers for WellBeing is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our outpatient team in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

You will perform diagnostic assessments and deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy across diverse client profiles using trauma-informed approaches. This W-2, full-time role offers a 52% net-collections compensation split with a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week, flexible scheduling and telehealth options, plus a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• In a pre-licensed track receiving supervision for LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in Minnesota.
• Minimum of one year of previous group practice or related outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical services including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy.
• Follow company policies and professional conduct standards and comply with applicable laws.
• Complete medical records timely to support billing and administration.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, and develop treatment plans.
• Make referrals to other health professionals as needed.
• Attend continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
• Maintain strong boundaries and work both independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week as a W-2 Provider.
