Job summary

LynLake Centers for WellBeing is seeking Pre-Licensed Therapists to join our outpatient team in the Twin Cities. You will conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a collaborative setting with trauma-informed approaches.

The role offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time W-2 clinicians, with a 52% net collections split and approx. $82,000 annual earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• In a pre-licensed track receiving supervision for LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in Minnesota.
• Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including individual, couples, group, or family therapy.
• Follow company policies, professional conduct standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Complete medical records timely to support billing and administration.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor progress, educate clients, and develop treatment plans.
• Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
• Attend continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
• Maintain strong clinical boundaries and work effectively both independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week as a W-2 provider.
