• Arizona State license in counseling or social work (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW); other licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide social services and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups, including assessment, diagnosis and psychotherapy.
• Perform crisis intervention and provide short-term family therapy and referrals as needed.
• Provide information and referrals to support patients' biopsychosocial needs.
