Ellie Mental Health - Meridian, ID is seeking a Full-Time Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) to join a collaborative team. We focus on reducing burnout by limiting administrative burden and empowering clinicians to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is required.
• Minimum 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence.
• Comfortable with technology and EHR system.
• Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes).
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and a minimum of 25 completed visits weekly.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community.
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities.
