Qualifications

• Active Idaho licensure (LMFT/LAMFT/LCPC/LCSW/LPC/LMSW) is required.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence in a clinical setting.
• Comfortable with technology and EHR systems used for documentation.
• Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of scheduled sessions and ensure follow-up notes.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and coordinate care with families, schools, and providers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in the community.
• Utilize evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities.
