Carolina Outreach in North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will conduct assessments, design interventions, and deliver individual and family therapy to clients aged three and older, coordinating with families and natural supports to reach treatment goals.

The role emphasizes evidence-based, client-centered care, thorough documentation, regulatory compliance, and supervisory support as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Must hold a current North Carolina mental health license (e.g., LCSW-A, LCMHC-A).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision as applicable by licensure level.
