Carolina Outreach is seeking a full-time Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to clients aged three years and older. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver tailored therapy services while collaborating with families to support independent living goals.

Responsibilities include comprehensive clinical assessments, documenting progress, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in supervision when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field.
  • Must hold a current mental health license in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).
  • Experience with evidence-based practices and client-centered care.
  • Provide individual and family therapy and crisis support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.

  • Provide individual and family therapy to clients aged three years and older.
  • Conduct initial comprehensive clinical assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with client and family involvement.
  • Deliver therapy services directly or coordinate referrals as needed.
  • Maintain compliant clinical documentation and review progress regularly.
  • Participate in supervision when applicable based on licensure.

This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Licensed Therapist with Carolina Outreach, you will lead assessments, design therapeutic interventions, and collaborate closely with a team to deliver responsive, person-centered care that empowers clients to achieve their mental health and independent living goals.We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to clients aged three years and older. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and their families or natural supports to assess strengths and needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver tailored therapy services.
