About the Role

Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our counseling team in Brentwood, PA. This full‑time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non‑billable compensation model based on performance and experience.As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy,maintainclient caseloads, and complete clinical documentationin a timely manner. You will engage with clients and families in building therapeutic relationships and delivering care that aligns withClarvida’sperson‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.

Required Qualifications

• Verified clinical practicum experience
• Strong documentation, communication, and therapeutic skills
• Willingness to work evening hours part of the week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient therapy or mental health counseling settings
• Familiar with maintainingand growing a caseload under billable/non‑billable models
• Proficiency in therapy modalities relevant to both individual and family work
