Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our Brentwood, PA outpatient clinic. This full-time role emphasizes individual and family therapy, managing client caseloads, and timely clinical documentation in a patient-centered, trauma-informed setting.

Evenings twice weekly (until 6 or 7 pm) are required; compensation includes billable/non-billable models based on performance and experience. Benefits support licensure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline from an accredited institution.
• Valid Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to maintain caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions for clients on caseload.
• Complete required clinical documentation promptly and accurately.
• Work evenings twice weekly to accommodate client needs.
• Transition to a billable/non-billable rate structure after onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and support staff.
