Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution.
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed.
• Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible).

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the North Hills School District (avonworth school district levels).
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements.
• Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients.

About The Role

Clarvida is hiring a School Based/Outpatient Therapist in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time roleoffers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations - aligned with Clarvida's person-centered, trauma-informed care model.
