Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses the needs of residents with occupational therapy needs and matches their needs with available services.
• Meets with residents regularly according to the treatment program schedule, evaluates and maintains records of residents' progress.
• Reports progress to management and family members and discusses progress regularly.
• Repeats evaluations on a regular basis to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
• Keeps current with professional literature and attends seminars to maintain and update professional skills.
