Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a Per Diem role in SNF and long-term care settings in Michigan. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and ensure regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome with available mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
