Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and create personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license as an OT in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification if required by the state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are up to date.
