Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Compensation is $75,000.00–$98,800.00/year.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
