Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The position offers a salary between $75,000 and $90,000 per year and requires a current OT license to practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
