Aptus Health Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time, in-person role works under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to help patients improve daily living and work-related activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OTA.
• Experience in rehabilitation or healthcare is helpful but not required.
• Ability to assist patients physically and to follow treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering therapy services under supervision of licensed OTs.
• Help patients perform daily living activities and work-related tasks.
• Follow prescribed treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
