Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure as Optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.
• Selling skills using iPad/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen and expertise.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear precisely.
• Support team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
