Qualifications

• State licensure and optical dispensing experience required.

• Comfort with POS systems, tablets and basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations for service.
• Custom fit glass frames and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead in optical knowledge and customer guidance.
• Take measurements, adjust eyewear accurately and ensure standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Utilize technology efficiently under time pressure and high volumes.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to policies including discounts, promotions, and inventory.
