LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to join our Natick, MA team. You will welcome customers, perform precise eyewear fittings, and use prescriptions to craft lenses that meet exacting standards.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong customer service, basic math, and experience with POS systems and tablets. State licensure and optical dispensing experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• State Licensure required for optical dispensing.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Familiarity with POS, tablets and calculators.
• Ability to use iPad/tablet for selling and fit measurements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen and product knowledge.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory management.
