Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• State Licensure is required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of merchandise and fashion trends helpful.
• Selling skills and comfort using an iPad/tablet are desired.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators is a plus.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.

• Lead with optical knowledge and professional service.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear to fit precisely.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.

• Inform management of safety opportunities and follow procedures.
• Be proactive, analyze root causes, and focus on customer satisfaction.
