Warby Parker is opening a new Hamilton Corner store and seeks a licensed optician to join our team. You will assist customers with eyewear needs, take precise measurements, fit frames, and ensure that every pair meets our optical standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain terminology to customers
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
• Energetic, positive team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style and lifestyle
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization
• Represent the brand and educate customers about Warby Parker values and mission
