Qualifications

• Active dispensing license required by the state.
• At least 3 years related experience or training.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including training and education.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting store goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up.
• Support quality and safety by adhering to company policies.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and a clean work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
