Qualifications

• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• 3+ years related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded and able to multitask in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion/removal training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up.
• Support quality and safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising and clean work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
