With an active dispensing license and 3+ years of experience, you’ll meet sales goals, provide strong service, and mentor Apprentices where allowed. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• 3+ years related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with ability to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask.
• Professional, friendly and comfortable working with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing and training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up.
• Support quality and safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising and keep a clean work area.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
