VisionWorks in New York area seeks an Optical Sales Associate to assist customers with frame and lens selection, interpret prescriptions, and dispense eyewear. The role emphasizes accuracy with insurance benefits and service pricing while coordinating with labs and optometrists.

You will use the SERVE process to identify needs, ensure compliant dispensing, and maintain a clean, organized work area onsite. A state ophthalmic dispensing license is required.

• Must have and maintain applicable state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and explain optical products and services.
• Experience assisting customers with frame and lens selection using the SERVE process.
