Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection while maintaining social distancing.
• Provide accurate product information on frames, lenses, and services.
• Explain insurance benefits to customers and note charges not covered by insurance.
• Use SERVE sales process to determine needs and recommend lenses.
• Interpret prescriptions and coordinate with Lab and Optometrist for accuracy.
• Measure, fit and dispense frames and accessories; verify orders.
• Keep dispensing area clean and organized; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain state licensure requirements and HIPAA compliance.
• Support training and development for Apprentices and team.
